  • Passed 10+2 with English, minimum 40% aggregate from recognized board (NIOS & State Open School also eligible).
  • OR 10+2 with English having 40% in Vocational ANM Course (INC-recognized).
  • OR 10+2 with English having 40% in Vocational Healthcare Science.
  • OR Registered ANM with passing marks.
  • SC / ST : 5% marks relaxation. Candidate must be medically fit.
How To Fill UPGET 2026 Online Form
  • Apply online before 26 May 2026 (11:59 PM).
  • Visit www.abvmuup.edu.in or use Apply Online link below.
  • Click Register. Submit name, DOB, parents name, gender, email, mobile, category as per Class 10 certificate.
  • Verify Mobile OTP and Email OTP. Note Registration ID and password.
  • Login. Fill personal info, address, education, 3 exam city preferences.
  • Capture live photo. Upload passport photo (4.5×3.5 cm, .jpg, 50-200 KB), signature, signed verification sheet.
  • Pay fee online via Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
  • Use form correction window 19 – 26 May 2026 if needed.
  • Print final submitted form.
